Submit a notice
A notice should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, the reporting party’s contact details, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement made under penalty of perjury, and a physical or electronic signature.
Response process
Clever Studios, LLC may request clarification, remove or restrict material, notify affected parties, and process valid counter-notices as applicable. Fraudulent notices may carry legal consequences.

This starter process must be reviewed by qualified counsel before customer-hosted content is accepted.
